Established in 1995, we are one of the leading consulting and implementation partners for transformation in marketing and sales and are part of the WPP Group with more than 600 highly motivated employees in Bad Homburg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, London, New York and Warsaw.

We create, orchestrate and build digital experiences and products for brands, companies and people. Strategy, products and activation are the core services of the group. Technology is the connecting and scaling element.

  • Attractive dividend policy
    • ​Dividend continuity and growth - SYZYGY’s dividend policy continues to aim at sharing business performance appropriately with its shareholders. The intention is thus to again pay a dividend that reflects business performance.
    • Proposed dividend for 2020 financial year: EUR 0.15 per share
  • Sales and earnings growth (Provisional figures)
    • Group sales EUR 55.2 million (-14 per cent compared to previous year) in line with forecast
    • German core market: sales of EUR 45.2 million (-9 per cent on previous year) and an EBIT margin of 15 per cent
    • Operating income (EBIT) -  EUR 3.9 million. EBIT margin of around 7 per cent
    • Earnings per share - EUR 0.16 in 2020
    • Forecast - Sales growth of around 10 per cent and an EBIT margin in the high single-digit range
